From corporate executive to AI entrepreneur, Veronika is a seasoned leader who has reinvented herself many times throughout her career.

Veronika joined IBM's software division while still studying computer science in Argentina. Her eight years at IBM shaped her as a tech executive, where she gained experience in technical support, marketing, and sales.

In 2001, Veronika moved to Los Angeles to pursue her MBA at the UCLA Anderson School of Management. After graduating, she decided to explore the rapidly growing Latino market opportunity and joined Univision Communications, the largest Hispanic media company in the U.S.

Throughout her two decades at Univision, Veronika held several positions in affiliate relations, business development, and sales, building and leading high-performing teams across multiple markets. Her final roles at the company were President and General Manager of Univision Washington D.C., Philadelphia, and Los Angeles, where she managed multimillion-dollar P&Ls and oversaw all departments responsible for end-to-end operations of the local stations.

After Univision, Veronika earned a postgraduate degree in AI and ML from UT Austin, through which she learned to develop and train AI models, giving her a strong foundation to launch VxM AI. As Founder and CEO, she advises companies on leveraging AI technology for innovation initiatives, sales strategy, and competitive positioning.

Veronika is currently building a new startup to organize free learning resources and make them accessible to anyone in the world, reimagining learning in the age of AI.
